Remuneration

- $4000 Daily Billings - high demand, No Ramp up
- 100% Fully Bulk Billed
- Walk in Model only - No pressure for appointments
- M-F earn 70% Split
- Saturdays higher at 75%
- Sundays on offer (Fully optional)

Clinical Work

- Care plans for regular patients with diabetes, asthma and chronic pain
- Skin checks with a dedicated skin clinic onsite
- Lacerations, sporting injuries and minor casualty walking in daily
- Travel medicine, including accredited yellow fever vaccination
- ECGs, wound care and immunisations with nurse support on every shift

The principal is a former director of emergency who has run bulk billing general practice since 1994, built his first clinic to 32 GPs before selling, and opened here 13 years ago. He is genuine, down to earth and easy to talk to, and both owners consult onsite, stepping in whenever the waiting room fills. The practice manager is a registered nurse who has worked alongside him for 30 years and handles patient complaints before they reach the GPs. GPs set their own mix, from fully walk in to a handful of booked patients, which is why turnover is low.

20 rooms across 3 levels, 12 nurses with 3 on every day, a dedicated treatment and procedure room, and 5 full time receptionists on every day. Pathology, pharmacy and podiatry onsite, plus a visiting cardiologist. The train station is 50m away, with paid parking across the road at around $15 a day. Demand is already here, there’s no ramp-up.
