Bagdad Education and Care is a boutique family‑operated, award‑winning early childhood service with a strong reputation for high‑quality, inquiry‑led, nature‑based programs. With both services located just north of Brighton, we are proud of our warm culture, strong community relationships, focus on child safety and commitment to supporting our educators’ wellbeing, work–life balance, and professional aspirations.
