With a loyal patient base, consistently full appointment books and an extensive patient waiting list, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Oral Health Therapist looking for clinical variety, professional development and strong earning potential.

About the Position

Our client is seeking a confident and motivated Oral Health Therapist with full adult scope to join their friendly and supportive team.
You will enjoy a varied clinical workload, treating patients of all ages, including children, families and adults, with the opportunity to work alongside experienced Dentists and receive mentorship from the Principal Dentist.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing comprehensive oral health assessments and preventive treatments
- Performing restorative procedures within your full adult scope
- Delivering periodontal treatment, scale and cleans, and ongoing oral hygiene care
- Treating children and adults across an established patient base
- Providing patient education and developing long-term patient relationships
- Collaborating with experienced Dentists across general, orthodontic and restorative treatments
- Managing approximately 8–15 patients per day, depending on treatment requirements and appointment lengths

- OPG and lateral cephalometric imaging

About You

- Bachelor of Oral Health or equivalent recognised qualification
- Current AHPRA registration as an Oral Health Therapist
- Full adult scope of practice
- Confidence delivering preventive, periodontal and restorative treatments
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
- A collaborative approach and commitment to providing high-quality care
- A genuine interest in ongoing clinical development
