Mobilisation Officer Perth, WA | Temp to Perm | Immediate Start

Nixor Workforce are currently looking for an experienced Mobilisation Officer to join a busy team in Perth.

This is an immediate chance for someone who knows the mobilisation process inside and out and can hit the ground running. The role will initially be temporary, with the opportunity to move into a permanent position for the right person.

The Role
Working closely with the existing team, you’ll be responsible for managing the mobilisation of employees and ensuring everything is in place for them to commence work. This will include:

- • Managing employee mobilisation and onboarding requirements
- • Coordinating medicals, inductions, tickets and required documentation
- • Managing mobilisation requirements through client systems
- • Keeping records and compliance documentation up to date
- • Communicating with employees, clients and internal teams
- • Following up outstanding requirements and ensuring people are ready to mobilise on time

What We're Looking For




We’re looking for someone who can step in and get moving quickly. You will need:

- • Previous experience in a Mobilisation / Onboarding / Compliance role
- • Hands-on experience using SPEAR, ENABLE, PEGASUS and WORKFLOW
- • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- • Ability to manage multiple mobilisations and deadlines
- • Good communication skills
- • A positive attitude and team-focused approach
- • Ability to work independently and take ownership
