Dental Receptionist — 3 Days a Week!

We’re growing our team at Battery Hill Dental and are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join us three days a week. If you’re looking for meaningful work that leaves room for family, friends and the things you enjoy, this could be it!

We’re a small, family-owned dental practice with a genuinely warm and supportive team. Our patients are at the heart of what we do, and we’re looking for a kind, reliable person who will help them feel welcomed, comfortable and well cared for.

Our reception staff are often the first friendly face our patients see and the first reassuring voice they hear over the phone. You’ll play an important part in helping our patients feel looked after from the moment they contact us.

Your role may include:

- Warmly welcoming patients to the practice

- Answering calls and assisting with patient enquiries

- Managing appointments and helping the day’s schedule run smoothly

- Completing reception and administrative duties

- Communicating with patients, dentists and other team members

- Occasionally stepping into the dental room to provide assisting coverage when a team member is away or unwell

Dental assisting experience would be highly valued, as we’d love to find someone who is comfortable helping in the dental room when the team needs some extra support.
