An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Property Manager to join a supportive, multi-office agency in Sydney’s South West. Managing a manageable portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties, this role offers a great work-life balance, a up-to-date office environment and plenty of opportunity for career development.

The Role:

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties across the South West.
- Oversee all aspects of property management, including ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections.
- Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring requests are handled efficiently.
- Manage rental arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals.
- Handle tenant enquiries, complaints and emergency situations professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of leases, payments, inspections and correspondence.
- Ensure properties are managed in accordance with NSW legislation.

The Ideal Candidate:





- 2–3 years' experience in real estate, ideally within Property Management.
- Strong understanding of NSW residential tenancy legislation.
- Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence.
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional presentation and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work occasional Saturdays when required, with a day off in lieu.
