About the Brand

Carhartt WIP started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the course of the past two decades, the brand has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and it's employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.

We are looking for a Casual Retail Assistant with flexible availability. Weekend availability is essential for the role.

Tasks

- Provide excellent customer service with a focus on experience & creating genuine rapport with customers

- Process sales transactions





- Accurately handle stock movements including deliveries, restocks & floor replenishment

- Follow all operational store policies and procedures are followed

- Maintain outstanding store condition and company’s visual merchandising standards

Requirements

- Experience in premium clothing retail

- Excellent communication and 'people' skills

- Team player

- Customer service focused

- Commercial awareness

- Valuable IT skills

- Fluent in English

- Enthusiastic about fashion

Candidate must be Sydney based as this is an on site role. Candidate must be eligible to work in Australia.
