About the role

Reporting to the Clinical Services Manager, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to our Support at Home team, assisting with the coordination and administration of government-funded aged care services under the Support at Home program, as well as services provided to private clients.

Key responsibilities

- Providing friendly and professional telephone support, responding to incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately.
- Entering and maintaining accurate client information, budgets, subsidies and fees within our CRM system.
- Supporting client onboarding, including preparing and maintaining client files and documentation.
- Assisting with compliance documentation and third-party provider arrangements in conjunction with the Compliance team.
- Coordinating client requests for consumables, equipment, gardening and home maintenance services.
- Supporting Client Coordinators and Client Engagement with day-to-day administrative requirements.
- Assisting the Scheduling team with basic administrative and service-related functions.
- Managing office supplies, stationery, uniforms and other operational requirements.
- Monitoring administrative inboxes,



maintaining records and assisting with general office administration.

About you

- At least one year of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Teams.
- The ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and meet deadlines.
- A professional and friendly telephone manner.
- A strong understanding of confidentiality, privacy and the importance of maintaining accurate records.
- The ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues, clients and external service providers.
- Experience in roster scheduling is desirable but not essential.
