Makibe Australia Pty Ltd is looking for a skilled, hands-on and reliable CNC Operator to join our growing workshop team.

We are an established Australian manufacturer offering a varied, practical role working with modern machinery, glass, aluminium and custom-made products.

If you have experience in CNC operation, manufacturing, fabrication, cabinet making or general trade work, this is an opportunity to put your skills to use in a busy and supportive workshop workplace.

The Role – What You'll Be Doing

This is a hands-on workshop position where no two days need to be the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Operating CNC machines, beam saws and panel saws.

- Cutting, processing and handling glass and aluminium.

- Assisting with cabinet making and custom fabrication.

- Assembling components and finished products.

- Using a range of workshop tools and machinery.

- General trade assistant and workshop duties.





- Safely lifting and handling materials weighing up to 25kg.

- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in someone who takes pride in their work, has a practical mindset and enjoys being part of a productive workshop team.

Ideally, you will have:

- Previous experience in manufacturing, CNC operation, fabrication, cabinet making or a trade-related environment.

- Confidence using workshop tools and machinery.

- Good mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

- A reliable, positive and hardworking attitude.

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- A current driver's licence

- A forklift licence (advantageous, but not essential).
