As our Victorian operations continue to expand, we're growing our warehouse team and looking for reliable Pickers/Packers to join us during an exciting period of growth and transition.This is a great opportunity to secure consistent casual work with regular weekday hours, while being part of a team that plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.Picker / Packer Responsibilities:Picking and packing beverage orders accurately and efficiently using RF scannersRepetitive handling of beverage cases weighing 8kg to 12kgHandling alcohol products as part of daily picking dutiesPreparing and staging orders for dispatchMaintaining a clean and organised work areaFollowing processes to ensure quality,



accuracy and KPI targets are metIdentifying and reporting damaged stock or discrepanciesSupporting general warehouse duties as requiredWorking as part of a team to meet daily operational targetsYou'll Bring:A good level of physical fitness and the ability to repetitively lift cases of 8kg to 20kg throughout the shiftExperience using RF scannersA strong work ethic with reliable and punctual attendanceGood attention to detail and the ability to work to KPIsA positive, team-first attitude with robust communication skillsCommitment to safety and correct manual handling practicesFull availability Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm, through until March ****Why Join HDS?
