Reporting to the Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care to our residents, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes and quality of life.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans, policies, and proceduresAdminister medications, including IV therapies, in line with endorsement and scope of practiceMonitor, assess, and report changes in residents' clinical conditionsSupport the Registered Nurse in care planning, documentation, and clinical decision-makingMaintain accurate and timely clinical recordsPromote a safe environment, adhering to infection control and WHS standardsProvide compassionate, respectful,
