trusting relationships with children and their familiesSupporting children's individual developmental needs and milestonesCollaborating with a passionate and supportive team of educatorsMaintaining accurate documentation and observations of children's progressCreating a stimulating and inclusive classroom environmentUpholding the highest standards of safety, wellbeing, and care
What We're Looking For
A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their wellbeingRelevant qualifications in early childhood education or a related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA team player who brings positivity and enthusiasm to the workplaceThe ability to adapt and respond to the ever-changing needs of childrenA current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
