This role is hands‐on and wide-ranging, involving meal preparation, cleaning, general camp support, and providing day‐to‐day guidance to other general hands.
This role would be suitable for a CDP or Commis Chef.What you'll do:Prepare and cook meals in line with approved menus and dietary requirementMaintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standardsAssist with cleaning, food service, and general camp duties as requiredProvide leadership and support to general handsPerform relief duties and assist across camp servicesDrive staff and transport products between sites as requiredOversee staff and guest accommodation standardsComply with all HSE policies, procedures, and reporting requirementsQualifications:Cert III in commercial cookery (desirable) or relevant qualificationPrevious experience in FIFO or DIDO (is required)
