The home features modern wings with private ensuites, landscaped gardens and contemporary common areas that create a calm, welcoming atmosphere.We are looking for Aged Carer to join our aged care team at Carmel Aged Care, in a Part Time and Casual capacity.About the RoleAs an Aged Carer, you will be the smiling face our residents look forward to seeing.
You will support them with day to day living while sharing stories, laughter, and moments that truly matter.
This is a quick paced, hands‐on role where no two shifts are the same – ideal if you enjoy staying busy, being on your feet, and making a visible difference.What You Will Be DoingDeliver warm, respectful personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene) in line with each resident's individual choices and preferences.Support residents with mobility, meals, and daily routines so they can remain as independent as possibleBring energy to social, lifestyle, and cultural activities – from music and games to walks and conversationsFollow individual care plans to provide safe, high‐quality,
