Contract Administrator - Tier 2 Luxury BuilderContract Administrator – Luxury Residential ProjectsBondi, NSW$130K – $170K + SuperWe're partnering with a highly regarded luxury residential builder to appoint an experienced Contract Administrator to join their growing team delivering high-end Class 1 residential projects across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.About the RoleThis is an office-based position located in Bondi, supporting the delivery of bespoke luxury homes and premium residential builds throughout the Eastern Suburbs.Projects typically include:High-end Class 1 luxury homesArchitecturally designed residential buildsPremium bespoke residential projectsKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare, issue, and manage subcontract agreements and procurement packagesAssess and process subcontractor progress claims and variationsMonitor project costs, forecasting, and budget trackingAssist with tendering, procurement, and scope reviewsManage RFIs, documentation, and contract administration processesLiaise with project managers, site teams, consultants,
