Shift is seeking a Credit Risk Manager in Sydney to lead escalated credit decisioning within the Small Business Division.
You will own judgment-based decisions up to the $500K DLA, set at-the-margin standards, and drive policy evolution through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.In this role you will codify decisions, monitor escalation metrics, and partner with Technology and Operations to align processes with risk appetite.
Hybrid working is available.
