They have a team on the ground here in Perth and focus on delivering a couple of projects per annum.They are currently looking for a Senior Contract Administrator for a $75m large retail format project based near Cockburn.Key Requirements:Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction ManagementExperience managing projects $30M + as the commercial lead.Previous main contractor experience is essentialExperience on retail projects would be highly desirable.10yrs+ experience working in commercial buildingExceptional strategic thinking, problem solving and decision‐making skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills.Solid commercial awareness and persuasive negotiation skillFull Australian working rights are required.
