deliveries and subcontractors.Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with attention to detail.Read and follow landscape construction plans and drawings.Monitor job progress, labour and materials to keep projects on budget.Identify and report any variations or changes to the scope of works.Communicate professionally with clients and management.Maintain clean, organised and protected worksites.Train and support apprentices and junior team members.Take responsibility for the final finishing details and handover of projects.About YouExperience in residential landscape construction with minimum 8 years experiencePrevious experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand.Strong knowledge of structural landscaping, paving, stonework, retaining walls, drainage and concrete works.Confident managing a team and subcontractors.Able to read and understand construction plans.Good communication and organisational skills.Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.Able to work independently and solve problems on site.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.Current driver's licence and White Card.Landscape trade qualification preferred.What We OfferWork on high-end residential landscaping projects across Sydney.Supportive and experienced team.Competitive salary based on experience.Long-term, full-time position.Opportunity to grow within the company.Great variety of projects and construction work.
