The position offers a blend of autonomy, high-quality work, and the chance to mentor junior staff as the team continues to grow.What you will be doing:Managing a varied portfolio of estate planning and estate administration matters with minimal supervisionAdvising clients on complex matters, maintaining excellent client relationshipsSupporting and mentoring junior lawyers, with 1–2 expected to report directly within the next year or soContributing to ongoing business development and maintaining strong referral connectionsAchieving a realistic daily billable target (approx. 5.5 hours)What are we looking for?




A Senior Associate or Special Counsel-level lawyer with extensive experience in Wills & EstatesThe ability to run files independently and take ownership of matters from start to finishA collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in mentoring junior staffAn Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates is highly regarded but not essentialCommercial awareness and the ability to contribute to the continued growth of the teamWhy this role?
