Reporting to the Commercial Manager and working alongside the Director of Finance and the wider finance team, you will play a key role in supporting the financial performance of projects across the firm's studios in Australia and overseas.The ChallengeReporting to the Commercial Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:Preparing client invoices and processing sub consultant, sub contractor and supplier invoicesManaging WIP,



fee forecasts and billing schedules across a portfolio of projectsSetting up and administering projects and billing termsCompiling a studio wide view of monthly billing targets and anticipated billingProducing accurate collection forecasts and supporting accounts receivable follow upAnalysing studio performance, including billings, costs, profitability and forecastsIdentifying underperforming projects and supporting corrective action with Studio DirectorsSupporting annual studio budgets, financial reporting and variance analysisMonitoring timesheet compliance and project establishment processesThe ExpertisePlease consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:You have 3+ years' experience in project accounting, project invoicing and accounts receivable, ideally within a professional services environmentYou have solid capability across WIP management, forecasting and billing processesYou can analyse financial data and communicate insights clearly to non-finance stakeholdersYou are highly organised, detail oriented and comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlinesYou are a confident communicator who builds strong relationships across teams and locations
