CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for our client working on commercial construction projects based in Darwin, NT.This role will suit a hands-on Site Supervisor with strong experience in commercial building delivery, ideally within Design & Construct (D&C;) environments.
Our client delivers projects ranging from commercial fit-outs through to new builds valued up to $20M and is seeking someone who can lead site operations while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day site operations and construction activitiesCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, labour and materialsMonitor project programmes and construction schedulesEnsure works are delivered safely, on time and to specificationConduct site inspections and maintain quality standardsManage site inductions, permits and compliance requirementsLead toolbox talks and promote a positive safety cultureCoordinate defect rectification and handover activitiesLiaise with clients, consultants and internal project stakeholdersReport on project progress, risks and site performanceOur Ideal CandidateAustralian Recognised Trade Qualification | Carpentry DesiredPrevious experience as a Site Supervisor within commercial constructionStrong Design & Construct (D&C;)
