What will you be doing?
Supporting client-centred daily living (personal care, meals, mobility, meds)Joining in on social and recreational activitiesBuilding genuine connections with clients and their familiesKeeping records and making sure the home is safe, clean, and welcomingWhat are we looking for?
A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Aged Care,



or similar)First Aid + CPR, Driver's Licence, and all the usual checks (NDIS, WWCC)Someone willing to do a variety of shifts, including activesExperience with hoisting / manual handlingGreat communication skills and a positive, client and team attitudeExperience in disability support is a plus, but passion and people skills matter mostWe are a registered NDIS providerReceive up to $18,550 of your salary tax-free through salary packaging benefitsFlexible hours across a variety of homesMultiple locations on the Sunshine Coast and Moreton BayIf you're a people-person with a big heart who loves a role that's different every day, we'd love to hear from you.
