You will work closely with production teams to ensure compliance with HACCP, QA, and food safety programs while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Complete quality and food safety checks throughout the processing facilityEnsure products meet Baiada's quality standards and specificationsMonitor compliance with HACCP, GMP,



and food safety requirementsComplete and maintain accurate quality records and documentationAssist with investigations into quality issues and corrective actionsSupport internal and external auditsWork closely with production teams to resolve quality concernsIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement within the workplaceFollow all WHS policies and proceduresContribute to achieving site quality, food safety, and production targetsSkills & Experience:To be successful in this role, you will have:Has experience in poultry processing, food manufacturing, or a similar production environmentUnderstands quality and food safety requirements, including HACCP and GMPHas a good eye for detail and takes pride in maintaining high standardsCan complete paperwork and computer-based records accuratelyCommunicates well and works effectively with people across different teamsCan identify issues, think on their feet, and help find practical solutionsCan manage their workload and work in a fast-paced environmentIs reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamHas a commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvementIf you are passionate about quality, food safety, and continuous improvement, we would love to hear from you.
