The Hervey Bay RSL is located on the beautiful Fraser Coast.
The Club is the premier entertainment venue in the region experiencing growth in Hervey Bay.
The Club's facilities include:- 280 gaming machines, 4 bars, TAB and Keno, billiards and pool tables, child care centre, bottleshop, 3 functions rooms, 180 seat restaurant, 160 seat deck and 100 seat cafe.

About the Role ...
We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Attendant who has a bright, outgoing personality and exceptional customer service skills to ensure the smooth operation of the Hervey Bay RSL Club's food service facilities.
Reporting to the Restaurant and Café Supervisors, your key responsibilities will include:




Accurately recording transactions on the registerAdhering to RSA and RSG policiesMaking of all beverages in caféDelivering meals and clearing platesCompetently taking ordersPreparing and serving mealsPreparing the Bistro for operation including cutlery, decorations andaccompanimentsFollowing protected work proceduresGeneral cleaning of working areasAssisting with Functions
This role has casual hours, with a weekly roster.
Shifts range from early morning starts to very late finishing times.
Must be available days, nights, weekends, public holidays and split shifts.
About you ...
As someone with previous experience in the hospitality industry, you will possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
You will have a willingness to build long-term relationships with our members and will have impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills.
To be considered for this role, youMUSThave relevant experience, skills and knowledge of the hospitality industry and required certificates.
Be a strong team member, willing to adapt to change and follow directionsAbility to communicate effectively at all levels with a range of different peopleBarista skills an advantageAwareness of HACCP Food HygieneTeam worker, pleasant vibrant personalityAbility to work with minimal supervision
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experienceCurrent RSA and RSG statement of attainmentsMust be eligible to gain a National Police Certificate for employment
