You'll take ownership of complex files, from early arrears through to legal recovery, insolvency and restructuring outcomes, using your judgement to maximise realisations and minimise losses.What you'll be doingManaging the 31+ day arrears portfolio, including security assessment, realisation strategy, legal recoveries and insolvency mattersHandling recoveries through formal insolvency and restructuring processes, working closely with insolvency practitioners, administrators and liquidatorsNegotiating payment plans, settlements and workout arrangementsReferring matters for enforcement and driving case-specific strategies through to remediation or realisationLeading,
