but is not limited to:Open for InspectionsRoutine InspectionsIngoing/Outgoing Condition reportsProcessing tenancy applications ensuring a high standard of quality tenants is achievedSupporting and assisting the Property Management Team as requiredEnsuring all properties comply with all regulatory and compliance standardsThe ideal candidate would have;Great organisation and attention to detailHigh level communication skills both verbal & writtenA passion for delivering high quality customer serviceMust be a team player with a positive and proactive attitude.Qualified personal presentationMust have current Driver's license and reliable vehicleSalary negotiable with experience
