At Gippsland Total Care (GTC), our Disability Support Workers make a real difference every day, supporting NDIS participants at home and out in their local communities.No two days are the same.
Depending on the people you support, your work might include:Personal care: Helping with showering, dressing, grooming, mobility and daily routines, always with dignity and respect.Getting out and about: Joining participants for shopping, social outings, recreational activities and appointments.Around the home: Lending a hand with cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and everyday household tasks.Getting there: Helping participants get to medical appointments and community activities.Psychosocial support: Being a calm, compassionate presence for participants facing psychosocial challenges.Keeping things on track: Writing transparent progress notes and following each person's individual support plan.If you're patient, kind and get a real kick out of seeing others thrive, we'd love to hear from you.
