The successful candidate will play a key role in providing hands on operational support across the recruitment lifecycle.
This role is a fantastic prospect for entry into the world of recruitment providing you with the full exposure and understanding of the end-to-end process.The duties, including but not limited to:Advertising roles and managing candidate applicationsscreening and shortlisting candidatesSupporting our recruitment consultants with day-to-day recruitment activitiesCandidate management,



ensuring onboarding and complianceResponding to client and candidate communicationCoordinating and conducting interviewsAbout youYou will be highly organised, have excellent time management, thrive in a fast paced environment along with:Excellent communication and attention to detailStrong administration and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at one timeTeam focused with a can-do attitudeWilling to learn and take on challengesRecruitment experience highly advantageous but not essential for the right candidate - training will be provided.If you love variety and being busy all day everyday, want to work within a supportive team providing you with full exposure to the recruitment lifecycle then this is the role for you.Hours are Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5pm - immediate start
