HammondCare Daw Park is seeking an experienced Part time Specialised Carer - Dementia Care to join our team.
You will deliver personalised care, including personal support, life engagement and dementia care, aligned with our residents' needs.You will complete an onsite orientation with a Workplace Trainer, work with Registered Nurses and be supported in a patient-focused environment.
A Certificate III is mandatory, and 2+ years in aged care is essential; flexibility to roaster is required.
