The successful applicant will:have a minimum of 2 years barista experience and a solid understanding of dosage, extraction and latte artbe able to handle busy periods by themselves on the coffee machine and maintain speed and qualityhave a passion for customer servicebe sales focused including being able to suggestive sell to achieve budgetsbe honest, reliable and have weekday and weekend availabilities for a casual roster of 4 - 5 shifts per week with limited requests for time offbe willing to work independently as well as part of the teamhave enthusiasm for the job and be happy to serve on the register, explicit tables and do dishesbe willing to start ASAP
