You'll spend significant time at KIN while also supporting Aira and our other beverage operations.Reporting to the Bars Manager, you'll bring strong technical skills, guide the team and contribute to the continued development of our beverage offering.You'll be responsible for:Leading bartenders and barbacks during service, working closely with supervisors and the floor teamExecuting Aira's cocktail menu to exact specifications and maintaining beverage standards across our outletsDelivering consistent cocktail quality, presentation and productive serviceOverseeing batching, cocktail preparation and mise en place, including garnishes, syrups and infusionsKeeping the bar organised, clean and ready for serviceMonitoring stock and par levels, assisting with ordering and minimising wastageTraining and mentoring bartenders in cocktail techniques, specifications and service proceduresSupporting the Bars Manager with cocktail development and menu implementationCompleting bar opening and closing procedures to a high standardEngaging with guests,



sharing your product knowledge and resolving service concernsFollowing responsible service, food hygiene and workplace safety requirementsYou'll bring:Strong bartending experience, ideally in a senior or head bartender roleExperience in high-volume bar and function serviceExcellent knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and modern cocktail techniquesLeadership skills and experience training and supporting a bar teamThe ability to maintain speed without compromising qualityStrong organisation, preparation skills and attention to detailConfident communication and a warm, professional approach to guestsHigh standards of personal presentation and pride in your workA current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualificationAvailability to work evenings, weekends and public holidaysWhy Point Hotel?
