This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for quality, creativity, and client satisfaction.Key responsibilitiesProvide a comprehensive range of hair services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments to clients, maintaining exceptional standards of quality and professionalismConsult with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and hair care needs, offering expert advice and recommendationsMentor and supervise junior hairdressers, providing guidance on techniques, client service, and professional developmentEnsure the salon environment remains clean, hygienic, and well-organised in accordance with health and safety standardsManage client bookings and ensure appointments run smoothly,
