The company has approximately 50,000 outsourcing experts across 13 countries that are committed to enhancing the customer experience for clients.What You'll Be DoingSupporting customers and retailers with new gas connection and energy service enquiries.Managing customer requests from initial enquiry through to completion.Coordinating appointments and outcomes with a range of internal and external stakeholders.Investigating enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.Maintaining accurate records and case documentation.Working to service level commitments and quality standards.Delivering outstanding customer service across phone and email channels.Balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and supportive team environment.Working in a supportive team environment, you will build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders while delivering exceptional service and helping to resolve enquiries with confidence and care.What's in it for You?
