In this diverse role, you'll support customers, service and parts teams, and branch operations while ensuring day-to-day administration runs smoothly.About The RoleAs the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting the efficient operation of the branch.
You'll manage reception duties, provide administrative support, assist with accounts processes, and work closely with service and parts teams to help deliver exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities IncludeManage front counter enquiries and incoming calls in a professional and friendly mannerProvide general administration support including filing, document management, data entry and correspondenceProcess purchase orders and support supplier transactionsAssist with timesheet and job administration processesHandle account enquiries and help maintain strong customer relationshipsSupport parts, service and sales operations with administrative tasksAssist with stocktake activities and inventory administrationProcess accounts payable invoices, banking and petty cash transactionsPrepare and distribute branch reports as requiredContribute to a protected, organised and professional workplace environmentAbout YouPrevious experience in a receptionist, administration or customer service roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and organisational capabilityProficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and ExcelAbility to work autonomously and manage competing prioritiesA proactive attitude and willingness to support multiple teamsStrong customer service focus and commitment to delivering quality outcomesWhy choose Team Penske?
