Dental experience is highly regarded but not essential.About the RoleYou'll be the friendly face of our Victoria Point practice, taking ownership of the front office and ensuring every patient has a great experience.Key responsibilities:Managing busy appointment books and patient bookingsAnswering calls, emails and patient enquiriesCoordinating treatment appointments and patient follow-upsProcessing payments, health fund claims and patient accountsWorking closely with our dentists,



OHT and dental assistantsKeeping reception organised and running efficientlyTaking initiative to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the front officeAbout YouWe're looking for someone who:Has proven reception experience – essentialIs confident working independently in a busy environmentHas excellent communication and customer service skillsIs highly organised, reliable and outstanding at multitaskingTakes initiative and has excellent attention to detailCan remain calm and professional under pressureBrings a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a teamHas dental reception experience (highly regarded but not essential)Has current, valid working rights in Australia – essentialAbout UsAt Floss Family Dental, we're more than just a dental practice – we're a team that works hard, supports each other and knows how to have fun!
