We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Casual Charter School Bus Driver to join our team based in Hastings.
This role is ideal for an experienced heavy vehicle driver who enjoys working with school students and taking pride in delivering secure and dependable transport services.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday:
Morning Shift: 7:39am - 10:39amAfternoon Shift: 1:21pm - 4:21pm
Applicants must be available between shifts as additional charter work may become available throughout the day.
There may also be opportunities for overtime and weekend work.
About the Role
Safely transport school students on scheduled charter servicesConduct pre-start and end-of-shift vehicle inspectionsProvide excellent customer service to students, schools and the communityComply with all road safety, company and legislative requirementsComplete required paperwork and reporting accurately
About You
To be successful in this role,



you will have:HR Licence (Heavy Rigid) or higherAbility and confidence to drive a manual transmission vehiclePrevious heavy vehicle driving experience preferredStrong commitment to safety and professionalismExcellent communication and customer service skillsReliable, punctual and flexible availabilityCurrent Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)Driver Accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
