This class provides personalised learning opportunities for students with complex disabilities in a small, well-resourced setting within our welcoming Catholic community.About YouAs a Specialist Support Classroom Teacher, you will work to meet the diverse needs of students to reach their full potential.Success in this position will be supported by the following skills, qualities, and abilities:a tertiary qualification in Education and current NESA accreditationa minimum of five years of teaching experience in a schoolquality classroom practice and highly developed skills which enhance student engagement through differentiated and individualised learning programsknowledge of the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) cyclic processes, including planning, implementation, validation and review of student's Personalised Plansco-teach and co-plan with colleagues to ensure that curriculum meets the needs of students with complex needsdesign and deliver differentiated instruction to meet varied learning needscollaborate with support staff to implement adjustments and interventionscreate and implement engaging,
