As a Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support that empowers participants to achieve their goals while maintaining their independence and dignity.
You'll work across our Supported Independent Living (SIL) home and participants' private residences, providing a variety of supports in different environments while building meaningful relationships with the people you support.
Personal care and daily living assistance – (working in our supported independent living house and private residences)
Community access and social participation
Medication assistance (where appropriately trained)
Supporting participants with complex health needs
Domestic assistance
Transport to appointments and activities
Building confidence, independence and meaningful relationships
Completing accurate documentation using our electronic systems
