supporting both our participants and our staff with strong clinical leadership.About the RoleWe are building a team of Enrolled Nurses and experienced Disability Support Workers for current and upcoming community‐based opportunities across Brisbane.This is not high‐volume agency work—you will:Work with complex and meaningful casesBe supported by experienced cliniciansDeliver care in participants' homes and community settingsKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver safe, person‐centred care to participants with complex needsSupport high‐intensity clinical care (with training and supervision), including: Wound care Continence support and catheter care Medication assistanceAssist with personal care, daily living and community accessFollow care plans and positive behaviour support strategiesMonitor and report changes in participant conditionComplete documentation (progress notes, incident reports)Build strong, respectful relationships with participants and stakeholdersWhat We OfferAbove-award pay + penalties + superFlexible work to suit your availabilityExposure to complex clinical
