TerryWhite Chemmart Lutwyche is looking for a reliable, organised and enthusiastic Pharmacy Assistant / Stock Controller to join our busy and supportive team!
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Pharmacy Assistant looking to develop their stock management skills, or someone with a background in retail inventory and merchandising who enjoys working in a team environment.Your main focus will be stock control and inventory management, while also working closely with our Retail Manager and supporting the team with merchandising, customer service and product sales.We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows initiative and enjoys making a real difference to the day-to-day running of the pharmacy.About the RoleYour key responsibilities will include:Receiving, checking and processing stock deliveriesMonitoring stock levels and assisting with stock ordering and replenishmentManaging expiry dates, stock rotation and inventory accuracyMaintaining a clean, organised and productive storeroomAssisting with stocktakes and resolving stock discrepanciesLiaising closely with the Retail Manager to coordinate stock management, merchandising and daily retail operationsImplementing planograms and maintaining attractive retail displaysSupporting catalogue promotions and seasonal merchandisingKeeping shelves well stocked, tidy and presentableProviding friendly customer service and assisting with product recommendations and sales,



within your training and scope of practiceWorking collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth daily operationsAbout YouWe'd love to hear from you if you:Have experience as a Pharmacy Assistant, Stock Controller or in a similar retail roleAre highly organised, reliable and have excellent attention to detailEnjoy working independently and taking ownership of your responsibilitiesHave a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a teamAre confident in customer service and enjoy assisting customers with product selection and salesCommunicate well and enjoy working closely with management and other team membersAre comfortable working in a busy retail environmentAre willing to learn and develop new skillsExperience with stock control, merchandising or pharmacy systems such as Minfos will be highly regarded, but is not essential.If you're an experienced Pharmacy Assistant who enjoys organising stock, helping customers and keeping things running smoothly, we'd especially love to hear from you!
