We are seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent / Hotel All-Rounder to join our team.Experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:Front desk duties, including greeting and assisting guestsChecking guests in and outSetting up and maintaining breakfast serviceInspecting rooms to ensure quality standards are metAssisting housekeeping as requiredOvernight Stay in shifts when required.The ideal candidate will have:A positive attitude and strong customer service skillsA reliable and flexible approach to workAvailability to work morning shifts, afternoon shifts, evening shifts, weekend shifts, and public holidaysThe ability to work both independently and as part of a teamIf you enjoy working in a friendly, rapid-paced environment and take pride in delivering excellent guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.
