We're continuing to grow, with our new flagship clinic opening in Gosford, bringing advanced diagnostic imaging technology and specialist services to the local community.Our focus is simple – delivering exceptional patient care in a welcoming, professional environment.We're looking for a friendly, organised and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our Gosford team and help us deliver the high standard of service our patients and referrers have come to expect.About the RoleAs a Medical Receptionist, you'll be one of the first people our patients meet, playing an important role in making their experience as comfortable and straightforward as possible.Working alongside our radiologist, radiographers,



sonographers and broader clinical team, you'll help keep the clinic running smoothly while providing professional and compassionate patient service.Your responsibilities will include:Welcoming patients and managing front desk enquiriesCoordinating appointments, bookings and patient registrationsAnswering calls and assisting patients and referring practicesProcessing payments, Medicare claims and billingMaintaining accurate patient records and confidentialitySupporting patient flow and working closely with the clinical teamAbout YouWe're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work and can stay organised when things get busy.Ideally, you'll bring:Previous experience in medical reception, preferably within diagnostic imaging or a similar healthcare environmentStrong communication and customer service skillsConfidence managing appointments, billing and patient enquiriesExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsA calm, friendly and professional approachA willingness to support your teammates and contribute to a positive workplaceExperience with radiology information systems, particularly Comrad, would be an advantage but is not essential.
