We're committed to innovation, quality, and continuous improvement in everything we do.About the Role:Position:Production OperatorSchedule:The plant operates Monday to Friday 6.00am - 3.00pmRate: $29 - $31 per hour (depending on experience)We offer full training - no prior experience required!




You'll be involved in:Measuring and mixing ingredients – Manual handling of up to 25 kg bagsCleaning the factory floor and equipment on regular basisOperating machinery and monitoring processesReporting safety hazards or equipment issuesMaintaining a clean and safe work environmentWhat We're Looking For - Essential Criteria:Basic maths skillsStrong team player with a reliable and punctual work ethicEnthusiastic, energetic attitudeAlignment with our core values: Sustainability, Commitment, Integrity & CommunityCommitment to Health & Safety policies and proceduresDesirable Skills - A Bonus, But Not Essential:HR truck licenceExperience in Health & SafetyBasic computer skillsBackground in the food industryWhy Work With Us?
