You will allocate jobs to technicians to ensure effective workflow and high-quality repairs.
You will guide technicians to troubleshoot issues and maintain strong customer service, while leading a busy workshop.Previous supervisory automotive experience is required, with a Certificate 3 in Light Vehicle Automotive preferred.
