We describe ourselves as a 'start-up with scale' and have a burning ambition to grow our business.About the role.We're currently looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join our Kinrise Snackfoods team.
Based primarily at our Dandenong South and South Yarra Offices, you will lead the Cobs popcorn portfolio and deliver strong growth through innovation, brand building, and execution excellence.In this role, you'll own end-to-end brand management from strategy through to in-market execution while championing new product development and helping drive our ambitious growth targets.Key Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:Brand & Portfolio ManagementLead execution of Category and Brand Plans including NPD, packaging, and line extensionsSupport development of long-term strategic marketing plansAnalyse market, shopper, consumer,



and financial data to identify opportunities and risksBuild strong relationships with key customers and retail/media partnersInnovation & GrowthIdentify and develop new product concepts aligned to business strategyDevelop and manage research briefs; oversee concept testing and validationDeliver against key financial metrics including net sales growth and gross contributionCommunications & ActivationSupport development of a strategic brand platformLead delivery of integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, and shopper marketingManage agency partners across creative, digital, and socialOversee digital presence including social media and websiteDevelop marketing collateral including POS, promotional materials, and copyAbout You.Minimum 3+ years in a Brand Manager (or similar) roleFMCG experience (food or beverage preferred)Proven success in NPD, campaign execution, and brand growthExperience working with market data (e.g. Nielsen, Quantium/Homescan) and financialsStrong project management with end-to-end delivery experienceBudget management experienceSkills & CapabilitiesStrong commercial and financial acumenHighly results-driven with a focus on delivering growthAbility to think creatively and challenge the status quoCustomer and consumer-first mindsetAgile, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing prioritiesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPassion for food trends and consumer insightsSolid understanding of digital and social platformsKinrise's PerksWork with iconic products that Aussie consumers love.Access to retail discounts through Reward Gateway.Access to LinkedIn Learning to support your continuous learning journey.Additional week of annual leave after 2 years of service.2 'You do You' days per year.Company paid parental leave for Primary and Secondary caregivers.Why Join Us?
