This senior civil engineering leadership role will oversee annual wall raise design activities while contributing to the development of a long-term infrastructure strategy.Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Tailings & Water, and Project Delivery teams, you will lead engineering consultants, manage technical risks, and ensure designs are secure, compliant, and fit for purpose.
This role is ideal for an experienced civil engineering professional with a strong background in large-scale infrastructure, mining, earthworks, dams, or tailings projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead civil design development for annual wall raise programsManage engineering consultants and specialist technical providersCoordinate geotechnical investigations and technical studiesManage design scope, schedules, budgets, and project risksSupport capital planning and funding submissionsLead design assurance, governance, and review activitiesEnsure designs are practical, constructible,
