Founded by the team behind one of Australia's best-known retail success stories, they've gone from launch to 70+ stores and four websites (AU, NZ, South Africa and the UK) in under two years.They need a senior digital and ecommerce lead to own online growth and build the team around it.What you'll be doing:Owning the commercial performance of the Shopify sites across all marketsSetting the digital, ecommerce and CX strategy, then rolling up your sleeves to deliver itBuilding and leading the digital and ecommerce teamDriving trading, merchandising, CRO and SEOLeading CRM, email and the loyalty program,



with a focus on retention and lifetime valueOverseeing paid media and managing agency and developer partnersMaking sure online and in-store campaigns land consistently across 70+ storesWhat they're after:A proven Ecommerce Manager or Head of Ecommerce, ideally from retail, fashion, beauty or consumer brandsDeep Shopify experience and a strong trading mindsetSomeone equally comfortable on strategy and in the detailTeam leadership experience, or a robust track record of leading agencies and stakeholdersCommercial nous across budgets, ROI and reporting to senior leadershipThe details:Full time, five days a week in the Hawthorn East officeMoving quickly on this one
