This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in delivering exceptional technical support and expertise to our healthcare clients.As an Application Specialist, you will be the bridge between our advanced medical imaging and diagnostic equipment and the healthcare professionals who depend on it, ensuring optimal performance and clinical outcomes across our customer base.Key responsibilitiesProvide comprehensive technical support and training to healthcare facilities on Shimadzu medical equipment and software applicationsConduct on-site equipment installations, commissioning, and validation to ensure systems meet clinical and operational requirementsTroubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to minimise downtime and maximise system performanceDevelop and deliver customised training programmes for clinicians, radiographers, and technical staff at customer sitesCollaborate with sales and clinical teams to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions and system configurationsMaintain detailed documentation of installations, configurations, and customer interactions to support ongoing service deliveryStay current with product updates and industry developments to provide expert guidance on system capabilities and best practicesSupport the development of application protocols and clinical workflows that optimise equipment utilisationWhat we're looking forProven experience working with medical imaging systems, diagnostic equipment, or similar healthcare technology platformsStrong technical knowledge of medical device operations, software systems,
