Having won numerous major projects in Queensland in the past 12 months, the head contractor is seeking a Site Engineer - Station to support secure, coordinated delivery of the new station work front from enabling and civil works through structures, architectural interfaces and handover.Indigenous Business Growth (IBG) is a majority Indigenous owned recruitment business registered with Supply Nation, specialising in civil engineering, infrastructure, construction and major project recruitment.

Our approach is relationship led and commercially grounded, built on practical industry experience and a clear understanding of how complex projects are delivered.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate station earthworks, foundations, structural elements, platforms,



buildings and public-realm interfacesManage survey, set-out and dimensional control for platform geometry, structure interfaces and accessibility outcomesCoordinate builder's work and embedded items for electrical, communications, hydraulic, fire and rail-systems interfacesPrepare work packs, methodologies, ITPs, permits and hold-point requirementsPlan pedestrian, plant and delivery movements around concurrent station activitiesCompile progressive completion records, defect lists, as-builts and handover evidenceWhat We're Looking ForEngineering qualification in civil, structural, construction or building, or equivalent experienceSite engineering experience, ideally on stations, transport buildings or complex public infrastructureCurrent construction induction card and valid driver's licenceAbility to obtain project-specific rail, site and medical competenciesContractor-side experience with work packs, ITPs and subcontractor coordinationRelocation packages on offer.Australian experience is required.
