The role is accountable for supervising Production Operators, maintaining quality and safety standards, and acting as the first point of escalation in the absence of the Production Manager.Key responsibilitiesOperationsTake ownership of shift production outcomes, making sure work is completed efficiently and meets production schedules, orders and volumesAllocate and supervise labour across production linesCheck that label preparation and pre-operational machinery setup are done correctly before each runKeep machinery and equipment clean, safe and working, and follow up on breakdowns and repairsMonitor production activity and online systems for accuracy and complianceContribute ideas to improve processes,
